Daily Practice
your new morning ritual
AKA. HOW TO USE YOUR VISION BOARD
Each morning, as soon you wake up, drink 16 oz of room temperature water and wait at least 30 minutes before eating anything.
Hold your crystal and sit somewhere comfortable with your board in front of you. If you would like to re-engage the senses, light one of your incense sticks.
Play the music that we infused into your nervous system and breathe deeply while asking your new empowering question over and over. It’s called the symphony of chemistry and I’ve linked it below!
Once the music ends, sit in silence for a few minutes and just see what comes up. Trust whatever it is, is normal and perfect for YOU. If nothing comes up, that's ok too. However, if you have faith and commit to listening to your inner guide, I’m sure she will start to give you some pretty incredible answers. :)
Spend a minute or two in gratitude before you get up and begin your day. Be thankful for small things. Having the capacity to see your little one. Having eyes that work, that read, that can take in a sunrise, or witness your child in a moment of bliss-filled play. The more we are grateful for, the more the universe will give us to be grateful for.
Go about your day with a full heart, knowing that you are loved, you are beautiful and you are doing a great job.

Change Your State
PEAK STATE MORNING PRIMING
AKA. HOW TO GET OUT OF A FUNK
For days when you don’t feel your best, or just feel stuck. These are seven steps to complete in seven minutes to change your thoughts and actions for the entire day. If you set your inner state up powerfully, you will not be influenced by the outer state of your environment, or the circumstances of your day.
Press play. Put on the high vibrational music to connect to your highest self. This is straight from Tony Robbins’ personal morning ritual. If you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing OM, it is a mantra or vibration that is considered to have a high spiritual and creative power. It also has a lovely ability to slow down the nervous system and focus the mind.
Sit. Find a chair in a relatively quiet area and sit actively. Place both feet on the floor, roll your shoulders back, chest up, and hold your neck long and your head high. You can sit on the floor, cross legged, if you prefer. Be aware to sit up tall and keep a strong spine.
Breathe: 1 MIN. By changing your breath, you change your state of being. We completed three sets of 15 breaths each, with a short pause in between each set to notice and connect to the energy being created within your body temple.
Begin heart breathing: 30 SEC. Put your hands on your heart. Feel its power and strength as you breathe into it. Say thank you for its constant, perpetual commitment to you.
Practice gratitude: 3 MIN. Think of three things you’re really grateful for right now. They can be from your past, your present or your future. When you think of the first thing, create as clear an image of that moment as possible, stepping into it with your mind. After about a minute, go to the next thing, then the next. *Pro tip: Make one of these things simple, like a child’s smile or someone saying “thank you” who really meant it. Even on bad days, you can find something small and meaningful to be grateful for.
Connect to source: 1 MIN. Now comes the part that’s like a blessing or a prayer to be received from your creator, God, the Universe etc. It can be as spiritual as you want it to be. We imagined coloured light coming down and filling your entire being, healing anything – body, thoughts, feelings. Imagine that any problem in your life is being solved. Ask for the best parts of you to be strengthened and enhanced.
Share: 1 MIN. Now send all of the positive healing energy you’ve gotten through your blessing out to the people you love. Feel the energy moving from source, through you and out to your family, loved ones, colleagues, clients, friends and strangers you’ve never even met yet. See it leaving you and covering the entire room, city, province, country and finally, the entire world.
Focus and celebrate: 1 MIN. Now think about one of the outcomes or goals that you want the most. The thing that will excite you the most once it is complete. Now feel like it is already done. Celebrate that feeling of completion and victory, visualize how it will impact those around you and allow yourself to fully experience the feeling of success.
